Deposit and Refund Policy

Deposit is required 72 hours prior to services being required. Deposit is 30% of the total booking. Any cancellations within the 72 hour period will result in the return of half the initial deposit. Preparation for each booking begins immediately within the 72 hour window. This ensures that the company doesn't lose money in the event of a cancellation. While also allowing the customer to recoup some of their deposit.
